I only found one article out here that seemed to help, but again not on everyone's system.įor the most part we have Office 2013 Pro, some with 2013 pro plus. So far the only solution I've found is to uninstall and reinstall office, but this isn't even a consistent fix, as I've had a couple users come back to tell me 'it's doing it again.'Īs I came into office to day to try and beat the users to the punch, more and more users kept having the same issue. I tried to repair office, no luck, also disabled my Symantec AV, still won't load. So yesterday we've had a couple users submit tickets that their Skype for business keeps crashing, as in every time it loads it stops.
